"As of 92225, the invoice from August 11th remains unpaid. Despite multiple follow-ups with Ryan, Tony and Timothy, we have yet to receive payment. For the past several transactions, we have had to contact reps repeatedly before receiving funds, which is neither sustainable nor acceptable. At this point, we require payment in full for the pending charges to be sent by priority next day mail without delay. Please also note that effective immediately, services for Cavco will no longer be extended on a billed basis. Going forward, payment will be due in full at the time of vehicle pickup. This adjustment ensures clarity and fairness for both parties and avoids further disruptions. We trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency it requires. Kindly confirm once payment has been sent so that we may close this account balance promptly."

"Worst place ever to deal with. Like to use "not on work order" for standard features they forgot to do. Funny, cabinets were in my list of standard features and I didn't have to list them in the purchase order to get the correct ones. But when they choose not to honor the standard features then it's because they were not in order. Interesting how that works. Sent them a list of stuff I didn't get that were supposed to be standard features along with work that needed to be corrected and Brian sent me an email saying it would all be done. Then when the guy gets out here to do the work there is, work will not be completed, not on order, on All the standard features that they failed to include. Paid 225 for the top of the line model because of the better standard features but really got a basic model for the higher price. If you can avoid it, don't use them and don't trust a word or of Brian's mouth."

"Wish we had read these reviews before paying way too much for this 2021 home. How our home passed inspection by the state before they could sell it to a consumer is beyond me. They must have someone in their pocket. Pipes under the sink not hooked up, door jams done without any recess on them, no base boards around our carpet, tacs sticking up through the carpet and poor drywall work. Not worth the 95,000 pluse tax for a home that is less than 700 sq. ft."

"This mobile has a lot of manufacturing issues, the worst being the doors arent water tight. This fact is in writing from Brian, who on the work order for repairs stated that I should have been told that a storm door was needed to stop water from entering trailer. Cracks in the Hardie board siding that were there when delivered, even after patching look terrible. They replaced the stainless Steele sink in kitchen, but the new one was either poor quality or inferior because it is cracked in corner and again Brian has in work order they replaced it once will not do it again. The company cannot care what quality of product they produce. Its a shame."

"Do not purchase from this company. I can post a very long list of problems but dont want to take the time because it would probably take me all day long. Our house is basically cracking in half. Terrible terrible workmanship. I have never in my life been so disappointed in all aspects of this experience. Including and not limited to Westgate homes, Who was the dealer we purchased from. Once everyone got their money youre pretty much on your own. We paid top dollar for our home and have had to go in and replace electrical, all the Faucets including showers and so much more at our expense. Going through the dealer and the company they used to deliver and set up was a nightmare and still is ongoing. They did nothing correctly. We were basically misled and lied to about what the process would entail. This home is supposed to be our retirement. Its turned into a complete nightmare and so stressful on my husband and I. I will say again DO NOT purchase through Cavco or Westgate homes."
