Arizona Building Contractors, LLC is a locally owned general contractor that builds ADUs, casitas, guesthouses, and garage conversions for homeowners throughout Tucson, Marana, and Oro Valley. We're not a national franchise or a volume builder — we're a Tucson company that lives and works in the same community as our clients.
We've built a reputation here on straightforward communication, honest budgets, and showing up the way we say we will. ADU projects involve a lot of moving parts — design, permitting, multiple trades, and a timeline that needs to hold together — and our clients tell us that having one reliable team managing all of it makes a big difference.
We know the Tucson market, the local permitting offices, and the zoning and setback requirements across Pima County, the City of Tucson, the Town of Marana, and the Town of Oro Valley. That local experience helps us avoid the delays and surprises that can derail a project before it really gets going.

We build detached guesthouses and backyard casitas, attached in-law suites, garage conversions, and full home additions — and we help clients figure out which option makes the most sense for their specific lot, goals, and budget.
