"Edited roof response: I initially gave a good review, hoping that they would come back and fix all of the mistakes, but they have disappeared. They did so much damage and installed everything so poorly. One of my gutters was detached and re attached the wrong angle so it now holds water until it overflows. The water heater exhaust was cut so the water heater no longer worked and I had to find and hire someone else to source and install a new one. There were nails showing everywhere. They went through into my house and never returned to patch the interior. They didn't paint any of the metal flashing that was installed. The shingles were not installed per manufacturer guide. The shingles blow up in the wind. The whole roofline is cooked. I brought this to their attention and was told that someone would come by but excuse after excuse tire went flat, another project ran over. Finally the owner came by and told me that everything was fine. He said that he had been to the house while they were installing the roof which was a lie, because I had someone here the entire time and he never came by once, even when my water heater wasn't working for a month. I'll be posting photos of it all on here. Be super careful. Maybe consider some other company. I'm going to have to deal with damages for years as I discover all of the issues as they arise with weather. It looks good from the ground, but the actual problems can only be found when up on the roof. It's really disappointing that they won't admit fault and I have to go fix everything myself. I have been so patient and asked nicely for someone to come look for 2 months and was blown off. I had to ask my friend who referred me to this company if he could help before the owner came by and then he lied to me about everything and denied that any of this was wrong. I'm curious to see their response to this post."

"Lance repaired stucco and structural damage to the corner of my garage, replaced dry rot damage, prepped and painted the exterior of my house. He also replaced a post for a gate along the side of the house at no extra charge. The rates were reasonable and the quality was great. Work started immediately. Communication was excellent and his crews were punctual and completed the job on schedule. Qualities difficult to find in any industry. Highly recommended."
