"My parents are getting older, and I wanted them close to me so I could help them. I wasnt sure were to start but I thought an attached house would be best, ADU. After talking with several contractors in Bakersfield we decided on Hardt Construction Services. They seemed to be the most experienced and would take care of everything from the drawings, permits, construction and even the furnishings. We started in February of 2025 and just recently had my parents move in. I attached some pictures. "I had HCS the shop I had always wanted. I had called several local contractors but had mixed results. Some couldnt supply the building, some only did the building but non of the stuff I wanted inside. HCS did the whole thing!
