"I typically review a business when compelled to either warn the public, give a promising business some helpful tips to improve customer experience, or to rave about the experience of said visit andor business transaction. Well this review is the latter of the three. I worked with Omar in a home remodeling project that would have been much more expensive than needed to be. He was the second architect I hired for the project that need for a second architect should speak for itself. The construction changes made literally saved me thousands of dollars whilst still getting the improvements desired. Omar came over to look at original design, walked through my layout, heard my vision, inspected what he needed to determine improvement possibilities, asked if I would hear his suggestions that would help my budget, and once agreed on the layout the turnaround for his full service was so much efficient than the first time around. He went to the city, made the requests necessary with minimal efforts from me. The money I saved more than payed for his fees which were also reasonable. During construction I had several questions which he ALWAYS made himself available for. I will keep Omar as my go-to architect for any future construction needs.
