Forever Tiny Homes is a manufacturer of tiny houses on wheels, offering a range of models including studio and suite configurations. Their lineup includes the Forever 24' Studio, Forever 32' Studio/Suite, Forever 40' Studio/Suite, and a Forever 40' Two Bedroom Suite option. All units are now 10' wide and ship across the USA. Each home comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
Their tiny homes are built as certified RV tiny houses on wheels and are fully registered with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The chassis is VIN stamped with specific codes to reflect this certification. Each axle carries a 5,000 lb capacity, and the chassis is constructed from thicker gauge metal with a high-grade black gloss finish.
Construction and Exterior Features
The exterior of each Forever Tiny Home uses fiber cement board (FCB) siding, which carries a Class A fire rating and is resistant to termites, rot, and weather. The factory pre-primed finish is designed to last longer than traditional cladding or vinyl siding.
Roofing consists of 24-gauge standing seam metal, which is Class A fire rated and impact (hail) rated at level 4. The cool-color pigments are designed to reflect infrared light, helping reduce heat gain. The roof is expected to last between 30 and 50 years. Ice and water shield is applied beneath the roofing material to protect the roof decking from moisture damage.
Windows are tempered glass, as required by law for tiny houses on wheels. They are approximately four times stronger than standard glass, heat-resistant up to 470°F, and scratch-resistant. Window flashing uses FortiFlash, a self-adhesive waterproof membrane. Exterior caulking is 100% waterproof and mold and mildew-resistant.
The front door features a fiberglass construction with a high-density polyurethane foam core, offering insulation up to six times greater than wood doors. It will not dent, rust, or delaminate. Door hardware includes SmartKey security technology and Microban antimicrobial protection.

Interior Construction and Finishes
Framing uses 2x4 premium Douglas Fir lumber sourced from environmentally managed forests. Ring shank nails are used for both sheathing and framing, providing stronger withdrawal resistance than smooth nails. Construction adhesive is applied alongside the nails for added bond strength.
Insulation consists of 2-inch rigid closed-cell EPS foam board with a mylar heat shield. It is insect, mold, and moisture resistant, and fully recyclable.
Interior flooring is Pergo Outlast Plus waterproof laminate, featuring Spill Protect technology that prevents liquids from seeping underneath. Countertops are quartz in a cream white finish, chosen for durability and ease of cleaning. Cabinets are upgraded with soft-close hinges and a light grey finish that resists heat, humidity, and fading. Interior walls are painted with Sherwin Williams paint infused with primer.
Standard appliances and fixtures included in each unit are:
- Magic Chef 10.1 cu. ft. top freezer refrigerator (available in black or platinum)
- 24" vented washer/dryer combo unit
- One-piece fiberglass shower with subway tile design and brushed nickel faucet
- Electric hot water heater (12 or 19 gallon); optional propane tankless unit available
