How KSH Construction Approaches Your Project
KSH Construction follows a structured process to ensure each project is well understood before any work begins. This process is designed to align expectations on both sides and identify potential challenges early on.
Getting to Know Your Project
The process starts by having prospective clients fill out their information through the Begin Your Build section on the KSH Construction website. From there, a Client Coordinator will reach out to schedule a Discovery Call. During this call, the Client Coordinator — Chris — will discuss the project in detail, covering where the client currently stands in the process, realistic pricing expectations, timelines, and design collaboration. This initial conversation also helps determine whether the project is a good fit for both the client and KSH Construction.
In-Home Consultation
Once the Discovery Call is complete, an in-home consultation is scheduled. Both the Client Coordinator and an Estimator will visit the property to walk through the project with the client. During this visit, they will:
- Measure the space
- Photograph existing conditions
- Identify any visible structural, plumbing, or electrical constraints
This on-site assessment gives KSH Construction a clearer picture of what the project involves before moving forward, helping to avoid surprises later in the build process.
