"The most common words uttered after friends and family enter my new ADU are, Wow, this is not what I expected when you said you were putting in an ADU. I think most people were envisioning a 1970s double-wide in my backyard, but what I have is a personalized home for this later stage of my life. Brandon and his crew expertly oversaw every detail of the ADU installation. I wanted a design that was not part of the options, but Brandon made it happen with the construction vendor. There were many options to select from at different stages of design and build, and Brandon provided input as needed on each choice. Plus, when I asked what about questions, he was quick to answer. The most important part of the experience was that the ADU Crew took care of everything. Permits? Multiple agencies needing to review documents? Inspections? Moving two sections of a house that were 31 feet long along the freeway, through a narrow gate, and across a school field the video of that day has become a family favorite? He took care of it all. On the finance side, he was accurate in his quotes, and we used an escrow account for all financial transactions. I didnt have to worry about not getting what was promised, unlike others who were also adding an ADU. I have no problem strongly recommending Brandon and the ADU crew."
