She took care of all city permits with hassle free on my end. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to take care of all permits.Moe has a very kind and honest heart its very rare to find a contractor with this beautiful quality 1. NJ Design and Build handled my detached ADU from design to permits. They made the process smooth and kept me updated the whole time. No surprises, just solid work. 2. They designed and permitted my ADU and knew exactly how to deal with the city. Everything stayed on track 3. Professional and easy to work with. "we started to remodel our kitchen with Najmna. the kitchen weve always dreamed of! They completely renovated our kitchen doubled the size and replaced everything but our standing range. From start to finish, they were very patient with us as we adjusted added to our plan. They also renovated our bathrooms, replaced a leaking shower and added some great features like fun tile, paneling, pantry barn door and more. The whole team were fantastic. Everything about the final product Najmna delivered was of the highest quality and the entire project stayed within budgetoriginal estimates. I wake up every day excited to make a coffee and plan great dinners. I would highly recommend Najmna and plan on using them for future jobs.
