It is positioned as a granny flat or backyard cottage option for California homeowners.
Miraflores 2 Levels & Terrace — A two-story duplex with terrace totaling 2,637 SF. The first floor includes a terrace with kitchen BBQ area, living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. Avalon — Marketed as a nearly indestructible tiny house, the Avalon covers 655 SF and includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, loft/mezzanine, and terrace.
