"I don't ever write negative reviews, and it has taken me over 7 years to finally write this one, but that is how strongly I feel about my experience. We hired Wise Builders to redo our two bathrooms after meeting with them and really liking their project managers and the ideas they provided to add to what we already had in mind. The project itself was going so well that we asked them to redo our popcorn ceilings in addition. To be clear, this is not an accusation but a stating of facts: We had to leave the house overnight for this part of the project. In the hustle of that I forgot my wedding ring sitting in the shower and when we returned my wedding ring was no longer there. The workers were in the only people in our house during that time as witnessed by our exterior security cameras. I have not found it since, and yes, I am aware that I should not have forgotten it but it also should not have disappeared. Shortly after the project was finished we noticed substantial cracking in the tile. When I brought it up I was told that was normal veining in the stone but once I was able to provide proof that the cracks were growing larger and were actually cracks, the company agreed to come and redo the shower at their cost which I really appreciated and felt relieved that they would make it right. While redoing it, they discovered it had indeed been installed wrong the first time. I wasn't entirely pleased with the quality of work on the redone shower but at that point I didn't want to make them redo anything yet again and I let it go. My bathroom sink also started cracking almost immediately and the company told me I must have dropped something but I know we did not. The crack continues to grow and I will have to have the sink replaced. In the years since then we continue to have issues in the shower with cracking of tiles and grout, grout falling out, and uneven tiles. At some point I will need to have it redone yet again but definitely by another company. I am grateful that we had insurance to cover the cost of my wedding ring but the fact that it went missing during this time is still very upsetting to me. I wanted to note my experience because I know we hired Wise Builders based on their glowing reviews and since then have heard of other people having issues who told me they wished they knew my experience before hiring them."

"We spent almost six years dreaming about remodeling our kitchen, and this year, we hired Wise Builders to handle it. We could not have been happier! The remodel included among other things: taking the kitchen down to the studssubfloor to check for damage, the removal of walls, the building of a pantry and additional storage closet between the kitchen and entryway, the replacement of a window, installation of new cabinets, countertops, flooring, fixtures, and lighting, the replacement of a standard water heater with a tankless water heater and water softener, and the installation of tile on a fireplace dining room. They did this all while we continued to live in our house, and it was a good experience. They were courteous and kept dust in the rest of the house to a minimum.
