" Outstanding experience with OC Builders! This kitchen remodel, flooring, interior paint and garage remodel project was our second project after remodeling our bathroom with OC Builders in May of 2023. From start to finish, OC Builders went above and beyond to deliver top-notch service and quality workmanship. Sade Hurgin was incredibly gracious and organized, making sure every detail of our project ran smoothly. Robert Shaw and Eric Gonzalez brought reliability, integrity and true craftsmanship and professionalism to every step their attention to every possible detail really shows in the finished product. Maria was a pleasure to work with, always quick to respond and keeping communication clear and friendly. Christian, Willis, Ivan, and Ismael, to name a few, were fantastic on site efficient, respectful, and clearly take pride in their work as did all workers who were on site during our project. What stood out most was how well the entire team worked together. Every member of OC Builders treated our home as if it were their own, and the results exceeded our expectations. "OC Builders was great to work with for a large home remodel we did. This included breaking a load bearing wall, kitchen remodel, flooring and more. Gustavo was great as the Sales consultant and transparent about pricing. The team that was doing the work was on top of things including scheduling with Maria and the project management by Robert. Thanks Maria Robert for keeping the multiple teams on track!! They completed the job in time with only a few change orders. They are not cheap but are not very expensive either. Somewhere in the middle. Overall, great experience with the work and I would hire them again for future projects!!"

"After meeting with several contractors, we selected OC Builders since they offered the complete package, provided a thorough outline of what was going to be done, and seemed quite capable handling our scope of work. In short, we had a good overall experience working with them and are happy with the end product. We would definitely work with OC Builders again as well as recommend them to our friends and family. Our Scope of Work Whole house renovation: Remodel kitchen, bathrooms, added a powder room, took down a couple of walls, replaced all hotcold water lines, new gas line for the kitchen, replace AC ducts, remove asbestos popcorn ceiling, added storage area to garage, new insulation in the ceiling, upgraded the electrical panel, installed new high efficiency windows, replaced all doors, replaced sliding doors to French doors, new LVF and tile flooring, remodeled the staircase, new landscaping pavers and privacy wall in backyard and around the property, new rain drainage, new drip irrigation lines, and complete interiorexterior paint. Working with the team: Sade, our main point of contact, initiated the process and stayed with us throughout the whole project even when he was on vacation. He was easy to work with, responsive, and offered helpful suggestions for areas that needed troubleshooting. Due to the age of the house and lapse in maintenance there were a few change orders that were required but at each step Sade provided options and explanations, but never gave a hard sell. The work crew led by Robert and Eric did a good job getting all the work done. Both were easy to work, took the time to explained what was going to be done and answered any questions. Both were also quick to return any texts and kept the work moving forward. Quality of Work: We are pleased with the quality of work and final product. When a mistake happened or when something wasnt done correctly, didnt look right, or did not turn out how we wanted the team would repair or replace the item with no fuss. They cared about making sure things were done correctly and to the satisfaction of the customer. The weekly walkthroughs really helped address any problemsconcerns early before they became larger problems. What we wouldve liked done better: Schedule CommunicationCoordination was lacking at times. At a couple of stages in the project there was a lack of clear communication on timing of when certain tasks would begin so that various materials would be on order. We had to chase down answers when the schedule indicated one thing but speaking with the crew gave a different answer. We brought up our concerns with Sade who passed it along to the rest of the team and the issue was resolved. Then as the renovation neared completion there was an outstanding item that needed to be addressed and special parts needed to be ordered however we werent informed of the delay so our initial expectation of when we would be able to start moving in had to be adjusted. A heads up wouldve been appreciated and allowed us to better accommodate our own schedule. Closing: From initial meeting to final signoff the total project took almost exactly one year. This is quite reasonable considering the scope, approving the drawing plans, meeting with designersuppliers, pulling permits, demolition, asbestos removal, and actual renovation work including all city inspections. The interior and exterior of the house look great. The backyard and landscaping look brand new and greatly improved. The home essentially feels like it had a refresh back to day 1 except more modern, efficient, and welcoming. We look forward to enjoying it for many years. Despite some issues that came up we would hire OC Builders again."

"We used OC Builders Group for our total remodeling of kitchen and living room with an exterior expansion and we couldnt be happier. From the very beginning of our first meeting with Dor and Natalies 3D design which we used to the tee we were extremely impressed with the quality of work and the construction and hard work of every single member of their team. Our project manager of day to day was Jason who walked us through every detail and put all of our worries to rest. Every single member of OC Builders group were very impressive with so much talent under one roof made our project so much easier. We lived in the front part of the house during the construction and OC Builders Group made sure we had all the necessary electrical and plumbing working so we were comfortable. Shoutout again to Jason Dor who were awesome and were always available during the entire project. Renato and his son Diego for absolutely beautiful cabinets and Freddys team who crafted our countertops and backsplash. The electricians Austin and Brandon were so talented and helpful, Willis and his whole crew who did fantastic drywall and painting work. Shoutout to Maria for all her communication skills and dedication. The demo team and Kevins team for their dedication to the framing details. Fabian who installed our beautiful flooring and Victor who did an amazing job with our cement patio. Dor and Jason always checked in with us during the project and we are extremely grateful they did. As you can see we listed everyone by name because of their willingness to please that far exceeded our expectations.
