Green Design and Build is a licensed, veteran-owned residential general contractor and design-build remodeler based in Van Nuys, California (CSLB #1110975). We build detached ADUs, attached ADUs, junior ADUs and garage conversions across Los Angeles County, the San Fernando Valley, Orange County, Ventura County, western Riverside County and western San Bernardino County.
Every unit is site-built, not prefab. We work from LADBS pre-approved standard plans as well as fully custom designs, and we handle design, engineering, permitting and construction on one contract, so there is no gap between the drawings and the build and no question about who is responsible for the result.
As a full-service general contractor we also take on the kitchen, bathroom, roofing, foundation and hardscape work an ADU project often touches, rather than handing it to another company.
