"Hired SKS Construction to do an Earthquake Seismic Retrofit on my 6 unit apartment building in the Miracle Mile area. I got the initial bid just before the Pandemic but could not start work until June 17, 2022. SKS Construction stood by their original pricing. They did a fantastic job ! Started the job and continually worked each day until completed and signed off the the City of L.A. The Armen, the job foreman, has great communication skills and we communicated frequently so that I could keep my tenants informed since they could not park on site from 8am to 5pm daily during the construction. When there was an off day of no work waiting for City of L.A. Inspection Armen would let me know so I could let my tenants know they could park on site at those times. Maibel an office Administrator at SKS construction is extremely efficient, responsive and billed exactly per the contractual terms. This City mandated seismic retrofit is a costly project so when hiring a Contractor you want to know they will start and finish the job with efficiency and professionalism. That's exactly what SKS Construction did. They are a Family owned business started in 1987, in business for 35 years. I highly recommend SKS Construction and would use them in the future without hesitation."
