Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because of a company he recommended for follow-up work, which unfortunately did not follow through, communicate well, or ever finish the job. While this reflects more on the recommended company than on Ricos own work, it did create unnecessary delays and frustration.
Overall, I would definitely work with Rico again for his own services."

2022-07-15"Using Fire Hail Restoration, I was able to restore my townhouse to its former glory. An intoxicated driver destroyed everything on the first floor of my townhome everyone is fine. Throughout the entire house, everything had to be rebuilt, from the basement staircase to the second floor, along with the outside and interior walls, framed windows, and a gas fireplace... in short, the entire house had to be rebuilt. I am happy to say that after ten months I have been able to remove all the debris, ruined personal items, and hired an amazing cleaning crew. A very stressful process is made easier by Rico's patience, responsiveness, and kindness. As I went through one of the most difficult and stressful times of my life, he provided excellent service. I thank Rico as well as Fire and Hail Restoration for their help!"
