We were one of the first to take advantage of Denvers new ADU permissions in the Barnum West neighborhood building on the back of an existing lot with a 3-BR main house, and we were impressed with their high-quality work in progress in mid-December 2024. We began work together in January, and worked with an excellent architect and designer. Since we live a 6-hour drive away from Denver, our meetings were all virtual.
