2025-10-03"Brandford Construction was phenomenal on our multi-stage, 10-month complete rebuild. Due to a burst pipe in an upstairs sink, most of our home was flooded and had to be completely rebuilt from the studs-up. Rick and the whole crew at Bradford Construction surpassed any expectations we had going into the project. For us, it was especially tricky as this was not a planned renovation, and so we had to learn on the fly what decisions to make, how to approach everything, and what a complete renovation even included. Rick was there every step of the way, texting, emailing, calling, and tlaking us through our options. Multiple times, he reworked possibilities and optins for us, and the final result was jaw-dropping. The crew was there Every. Single. Day. They worked with exquisite detail--from demo to rebuild to roofing to designing to flooring to plastering to painting. A neighbor of ours, who has had a lot of experience in construction projects, came over to look at the progress on day and remarked, "This plastering job is a work of art." That was our experience as a through-thread: everything looked and felt like a work of art, and now that the project is complete, my wife and I and our four kids sit anywhere in our home and are stunned--something that felt like a huge problem turned into an amazing blessing.
