"I have been speaking with Geno and Rick on and off for a couple weeks to gather information on building my Tiny Home, as I am downsizing, getting ready to retire. Both Geno and Rick were always quick to respond, answer any questions mostly yes, we can do that always respectful and have a genuine interest in helping me plan and build my home with them. I am a need to touch and see kind of guy, so we drove 175 miles to their Festus MO. Location for a meet and greet. Geno showed us the shell models, went through the standards and upgrades, spent the time to make sure we knew what we needed to do to prepare our lot for delivery. We also went over very attainable finance options, even though the end result will be a cash deal. As we were setting with Geno, he was laying out our floor plan, asking many questions to make sure every I was dotted and T crossed. As we were leaving, we felt most comfortable in moving forward, two copies of our floor plan in hand, looking forward to working with them next week, after the Memorial Day Weekend to finalize everything! A big thank you to Geno for todays experience and looking forward to finalizing with Rick next week!"

"Thank you for making this possible. I came in with my son in hopes of finding something to work on and turn into a tiny home. Had no idea we could have a finished tiny home delivered in 2 weeks! Very helpful not pushy at all which is huge to me. Was able to customize everything!"

"Rick and Geno were a pleasure to work with. They were very accommodating with what we were wanting and helped us with our choices. Would absolutely work with them again."

"Geno and Rick were amazing. They guided us through the building to financing and designing process. Definitely should stop in and see them"

"Perfection! Rick Reed arranged my purchase of a gazebo through Stoney Creek Structures and I truly can not compliment both more. The gazebo is the eye-catcher of my formal Victorian yard. The backyard is being landscaped around it. Forgive the roughness of the backyard in the photos but a fence is going up and English roses planted. Thanks again Rick Reed and Stoney Creek!"
