"We used Paradise Found Construction to build an addition onto our 1972 ranch style home. Our new construction included a family room, pantry, laundry room, mudroom and bathroom. We also expanded our existing primary bedroom and renovated a bathroom. "Without reservation, I recommend Paradise Found for remodeling and renovations. Jeff was very easy to work with through out our project addition. He designed the project with all our specifications and requirements just as we conceived it. We wanted an independent living area attached to our ranch house, which was built in 1965. People have commented that the completed addition looks like our original house, rather than looking like an addition. This was important to him in his design process. Because we imagined this new space as one in which we can "age in place," we included large doors and bathrooms to accommodate common aging issues. Jeff possessed the expertise to accomplish this goal for us. As a result, my daughter's family now resides in our original house, while we live in the new space. This proximity allows us to babysit our grandchildren, and for my daughter and her husband to look in on us in the future. Jeff's contract was straightforward and easy to understand, and allowed us to maintain our tight budget. There were no "surprises." He was very honest and up front about issues that might have exceeded our budget, and helped trim these areas without sacrificing quality. He an excellent relationship with his team of builders. Jeff was very "hands," and was present at the work site many times each week. He was always quickly responsive in answering any questions or concerns that arose. Unlike some local building projects, the construction timeline was maintained. Although we have been occupying our new space for a few months now, I still feel I can call him if something comes up and he will attend to it. We love our space; it is exactly what we wanted, and we kept within our planned budget."

"To say that this project went fantastically is an understatement! We are delighted and so impressed with Jeff's services. The bathroom turned out better than we ever thought it could; it is fabulous!! Jeff is an amazing contractor and what we appreciate the most about him is his amazing communication. He was great at sending a timeline at the beginning of each week and managed our expectations when there were delays. This was excellent as we never felt like we were in the dark. His sub-contractors were all courteous and Jeff was always there to help ensure that their respective jobs were done well and cleaned up at the end of each day. What we also really appreciated is that he worked within our budget and allowed us to have a lot of input from bathroom layout to what shower was used to the hand towel holder. I was very involved and he was very accommodating and tolerant of me!! We now have an amazing living space and we like this bathroom better than ours. I cannot recommend Jeff and Paradise Found enough!! We appreciated his work so much that we're having him remodel another part of our home - that is a tremendous recommendation unto itself!"
