2021-01-11"I came to this property management group, after leaving the worst rental experience I've ever had, that was with another, large property group. The day I began to move in here, I found that a pipe for the washing machine had leaked for a couple of days, while the property was vacant, leaving standing water in multiple rooms and causing extensive damage to the home. All American had a plumber out here, within a couple of hours to address the leak. They had industrial fans and dehumidifiers set up, within 24 hours. The property owner is a new client to All American so there were multiple other issues, left from the prior tenant. Paige, Vicki, Mary and Jessica Yadkin office have been on the ball and have handled the maintenancerepairs with a sense of urgency. They have been patient and courteous in my dealings with them, which I greatly appreciate, especially since they were bombarded with issues, from day one of my tenancy. I know this situation is stressful for them as well. I can only hope that the rest of my tenancy with them will be as professional, timely and courteous. I hope they know just how much I appreciate their time, efforts and understanding. I'm also thankful that the property owner seems to be a good owner that handles issues appropriately, in a timely manner."
