"It's genuinely hard for me to overstate how impressed I am with Eric and the team from Summit 48 Construction. Following a tree strike on our Gilford home last summer, I reached out to several contractors. From the start, Summit 48 stood out as the most attentive and professional. Ultimately, our work with Summit 48 went beyond the repairs and turned into a full exterior remodel see photos. When youre having someone work on your home - your single biggest asset - you want people who take pride in their work. The kind of people who fix things before you even realize theres a problem. To that end, we couldnt have asked for better. And to be clear, they took care of everything. E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G. Any inspections, electricians, subcontractors for gutters, and so on. There was constant activity, and they coordinated all of it. All I needed to do was wander outside whenever I had a break I work from home to check in with our project manager, Paul, to see how things were going. The repairs have actually been done for many months now. Thankfully, they finished the exterior the Wednesday before the Thanksgiving snow.
