"We stayed at the Luna Cabin at Somerset Resort for the coziest winter getaway. I couldnt get over this window and view and neither could Doppler. It was pet friendly, which made it even better bringing our boys along. Doppler explored every nook and cranny while Thor enjoyed relaxing walks around the campground. We made cozy dinners and breakfast, chocolate covered strawberries, watched movies, soaked in the hot tub at sunset, and had coffee outside in the morning. Just 1.5 hours from Pittsburgh and perfect for a quick weekend escape."

"We purchased this amazing Zook Alpine model and had it delivered in late July 2025 to our remote property in Vermont Zook cabins has been outstanding in everyway. The purpose of this Alpine model was to bring nature inside and it has done exactly that .when were sitting in the great room its like were in the forest. Every vantage point in this house is spectacular including the shower. It has been a very cold and snowy winter in Vermont this year the Alpine has handled all of it with ease. It is well built, well insulated, and well worth the money we couldnt be happier for our forever home."

"When our log house in New Mexico burned in a wildfire in June of '24, we began the process of, maybe, replacing it. The chief impediment to doing that was time. My wife and I are not young, and the conventional building process would likely have taken at least three years: planning, architectbuilder, revisions, bidding, approval and permits, then the long process in a situation where workmen and materials are not plentiful and competition for them would be intense. I looked at log houses without internal finish and that process was not more promising. Luckily we found Zook. Within a month of the fire we had toured a Zook cabin in Colorado and the impression made was completely positive: the house itself and the reports of its buyers, whose experience with Zook had been great. So we began the planning. Every person we dealt with at Zook in the process, at a point where we were serious but had not committed any money, was responsive, encouraging, flexible, and creative. The planning was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. When the plan was just about done, it didn't take long for Zook to tell us the cost and to project a time line. There were no real surprises and once we had paid the deposit, we had a projected date for shipment. When the actually construction began, we saw photos of the process as it happened. Very exciting! We also had questions to answer about finishes, options, and a few issues that had not been foreseen in the planning. Went very smoothly. The house was ready to ship exactly when it had been projected. Our local contracting for utilities, lot preparation and the foundation did not go as quickly as it might have due to weather, material acquisition and local inspectors. When the house was delivered at set, the performance of the crew to finish out the house was amazing, their work of very high quality and consistent with the overall quality of the construction done at the plant. We spent the night in the house about four weeks after delivery and celebrated Thanksgiving with the whole family as we had in our old house just two years before. For planning, creative cooperation, contractual clarity and completeness, personal interactions they visited the site three times in preparation for the move, workmanship in construction, finishing after delivery and every other element of the process Zook gets an A! We are so glad with our decision to do our new house with Zook and so very happy with the result. From the very beginning of planning our home, the team of Matt, John and David, have been open and responsive to our ideas to make our home special They allowed us lots of ways to make changes in the original design and guided us through the process in a timely manner. They always made themselves available to consult with. As a result we now have this beautiful, well built home. The construction and interior components are high quality-- solid interior doors, shiplap walls, Anderson windows, name brand fixtures and accessories. The workmanship is excellent. They also have a crew, headed by Solomon, that came about 3 -4 weeks later that fixed and replaced any thing that had been damaged. We are so, so happy in our beautiful new home and so happy we had Zook Cabins by our side in this endeavor. Thanks again, Matt, John, David and Solomon and all the people at Zook."

"My friend and I stayed at a beautifully created Sonoma HUD unit which was created by Zook Cabins. The design is sleek and modern while being very practical. We did not want to leave. The unit featured a hot tub, fireplace, and a outdoor fire pit for our leisure. Our highlight was watching the stars at night in the hot tub with a glass of wine. I highly recomend staying in one of these units to experience them firsthand. Warning, you may just want to purchase one on the spot! Luckily there are on-site models to check out at the Zook Cabin location to ensure you get the unit that fits all of you and your families needs."
