"Panden is seriously filled with the greatest people to work with. We had water damage behind our washer and other companies said it would take weeks to take care of and would cost a HUGE amount of money. I was so stressed! With One call to Dan with Panden- he had it looking better than before the water damage within 24 hours. The worker was amazing, kind and really made sure we were taken care of! Dan even had him check other other spots to make sure water wasnt going to become an issue in different locations. On top of all of that- I was charged a fraction of what the other company quoted me. Im still in shock that I got such incredible service with such an amazing price tag. I am also so relieved I dont have to have to go weeks without doing laundry. The two first pictures were of the water damage- soggy wall and baseboard and floor and the result seriously looks better than before the damage. I even had a large black scuff that he painted above the washer that had been an eyesore to me without my even asking. Just above and beyond top tier service. Not to mention the worker was so kind to my son who kept asking questions about how he was fixing things. Such an amazing family owned company Dan has created and Im just so pleased with the services they provided us over the years. They have done our water softener, extended our driveway, and more and they have been amazing in every aspect of every job! 1110 recommend"
