"I purchased a home with Fecteau and had them install the trailer on a site in my park. All seemed good until the park attempted to install a riser for the septic system, 2 years later. The walkway Fecteau installed was placed directly over top of the septic tank and access. The walkway had to be removed to access the septic system. Fecteau denied the walkway was over the septic and refused any liability from their actions. I will let the photos speak for themselves. I consider this to be major failure on behalf of Fecteau. Their lack of care in resolving the situation displays a complete lack of pride or craftsmanship in the work they perform, a complete disregard for the local regulations and uncaring for the situation they placed their client in. 0 accountability for the work they performed. Disbelief that they would display such little pride in workmanship."

"The buying process was awesome. The crew that showed up to put the two halves together was great. The next crew we got was horrible. The lead person was here maybe five six hours a day and we had concerns regarding him. Follow-up care was good. Two of the three guys that showed up to complete the first crew mistakes which seems alot helped us out. There's different crews that show up. Our doors still don't line up right and has gaps. They do follow up however our one years about up and still things are still not right. We had a rainstorm where the rain hit the door and was literally coming through the cracks in the door. The vet was never done for the propane to let water escape so it ruined underneath our floor and we have a bump in it which has never been fixed. We were told by one of their employees that the house wasn't lined up right that's what causes the gaps in the doors. The pipes weren't installed right which caused leaks and having them to come out which we don't know the extent beyond them just replacing the baseboard which is all they were willing to do. What we thought we were getting and what we finish with is not the same product as what you see at their location or at their project site in Barre Town. Remind you this home is not even a year old and people have been out at least five to six times."

"My family purchased a Fecteau home 10 years ago, and had to replace the furnace, fridge, and had two roof leaks, and a sill leak. Floors are stained from underneath, so you cant do anything but replace the floors to fix the issue. Also, there are electrical problems, and staples holding down the floor in bathroom. Just horrible pride in there work, 1 star is way overrated. Note that This company is not rated by the Better Business Bureau."

"I would highly recommend this company. From the time I walked in to meet with Jenn and discuss my wishes. She helped me design the perfect home for my site, with a special dog room for my pooches!!! Jim came to the site, recommended a local septic guy to design my septic. Both Jim and the septic person encouraged me to put the home in a different spot for good reasons and I'm glad I did.........made for much more yard room and a level space for my 2 horses. Jason came to the site promptly and discussed how the excavation would happen. Letting this company do everything was the best. I would come home from work and waalaa things were accomplished and moving forward. They all "put up with me" when the bank business didn't move as fast I as would have liked. Lee worked hard at getting me into my new home for thanksgiving.....they could have easily said we just can't get you in for that, but they didn't.....I can't thank them enough for a wonderful home that's now cozy and getting well lived in. Thank you crew for what you did for me. Jeanine"
