"I am long overdue in writing this review, but I am truly grateful for the opportunity to finally share our experienceespecially to recognize Leo and Vlad. We purchased our home in June 2024 and interviewed six to seven different contractors before making our decision. We ultimately chose this team because we felt complete confidence in their expertise and integrity. From the very beginning, it was clear that we could trust them to do the job right. Our home is a rambler, and one of the most significant projects involved removing a load-bearing wall. Leo immediately understood the structural challenge and proposed an elegant solution. Rather than installing an unsightly support pillar in the middle of the living room, he designed a beam to be placed in the atticpreserving the open feel of the space while still providing proper structural support. That level of thoughtfulness and technical expertise truly set this team apart. They completed our flooring, ceilings, lighting, electrical work, a full kitchen remodel which I absolutely love, and a complete bathroom renovation. Throughout the process, they worked closely with us to turn our ideas into reality and consistently went above and beyond to deliver exactly what we envisioned. They were incredibly responsive and always available whenever I had questions or concerns, which meant a great deal to me given the size of the investment and how anxious I was during the renovation. A special shoutout to Vladwe were truly in this together, and I am so grateful for your patience, support, and kindness throughout the entire process. We have now lived in the home for over a year, and true to their word, they returned to address nearly every touch-up we requested. Customer satisfaction has clearly always been their top priority, and they demonstrated that commitment at every step. We still have a few remaining items to address, and I have complete confidence that they will return without hesitation to take care of them. We also have future renovations planned, and this team will be the very first call we make. If anyone asks me for a contractor recommendation, I would not hesitate for a second to recommend this team. I am confident that anyone who hires them will be just as satisfied as we are.
