Signature ADU is an accessory dwelling unit builder with a team of experienced professionals, each bringing a distinct background to the table. From office management to architecture and hands-on construction, the team covers the full spectrum of what it takes to deliver a completed ADU project.
Lauren serves as Office Manager and plays an integral role across both the construction and design sides of the business. Her position keeps operations running smoothly and ensures coordination between the various moving parts of each project.
Matthew grew up on job sites, giving him a grounded understanding of construction work and what it takes to build with quality. He spent five years in the transportation sector before returning to construction, where he now focuses specifically on building ADUs to help address local housing needs. His hands-on experience makes him a practical asset on any project.
Experienced Builders Behind Every Project
Corey brings decades of experience to Signature ADU. He began working in construction as a teenager in the 1980s after growing up on a dairy farm in Tillamook, Oregon, and went on to become a licensed general contractor specializing in custom homes. Notably, he was among the first builders to adopt technology for pre-framing homes — a method that reduces material waste and can lower costs for homeowners. That same efficiency-focused mindset carries into the ADU work Signature ADU undertakes today.
Josiah leads the design side of Signature ADU's projects. With a lifelong interest in architecture and design, he pursued formal education in the field and holds a Master's degree in Architecture as well as a current LEED AP (Homes) credential. As the design lead for all ADU projects, Josiah brings both technical knowledge and a considered design approach to each accessory dwelling unit the company builds.
