2025-10-31"I can't say enough about Homecare Heroes. We had worked with 3 contractors one that ghosted us after agreeing to do the job, one that started the construction and did horrible work that had to be completely re-done, and one that couldn't follow the interior designer's instructions without multiple issues. Terrell returned my call immediately and took on our big, multi-faceted project. It involved remodeling the upstairs of a 1900's home that included adding a room and bathroom, attaching an ADU to the main home, fixing issues from the first contractor, and excavating HUGE boulders from the property in downtown Leavenworth, just over the hill from Heidelburger. Our original 1900's home had flooded during the freeze and with multiple contractors, Terrell could see we were exhausted and stressed. His team offered to move all of our furniture out of storage, free of charge. Nate sent us weekly pictures and updates via email as well as a detailed timeline of the project. They provided a fixed bid which was reassuring since we live out-of-town. Homecare Heroes made meeting deadlines their priority, working on weekends if necessary. We appreciated seeing Terrell on-site a couple days a week, being sure everything was running smoothly. My only wish is that we had more property for Homecare Heroes to develop!"
