"While planning for retirement, I chose Utopian Villas to build my tiny home for delivery to rural Iowa. The quality of their construction is to be applauded and upgrade options are many. This company produces a quality product and I will post photos when it is delivered in July 2025. I chose the Homestead Model."

"Dear Utopian Villas Team, I wanted to take a moment to share my experience after living in the custom-built Tiny Home that your team created for me, now that Ive reached the one-year mark. From the very beginning, my experience with Utopian Villas has been nothing short of outstanding. The attention to detail and the quality of materials used in the construction of my Tiny Home have truly elevated my living experience. Over the past year, Ive had no issues with my homesomething that has set it apart from other Tiny Home owners in my community who frequently deal with problems like insect infestations, heating issues, and constant warranty claims. One specific instance stands out: when one of my windows lost its seal, it only took a two-minute phone call to your team vendor to get it replaced. The process was smooth and efficient, which speaks volumes about your commitment to customer care and satisfaction. The follow-up conversations were just as seamless, ensuring that everything was handled to my satisfaction. Living in a Utopian Villas Tiny Home has allowed me to proudly showcase that Tiny Homes can indeed be of exceptional quality, far exceeding the standards of an RV. The high-end materials and the meticulous care put into the construction of my home are evident every day, and they serve as a testament to the craftsmanship and dedication of your team. Im incredibly grateful to have chosen Utopian Villas for my Tiny Home, and I wanted to express my deepest thanks for creating a space that has brought me so much joy and comfort over the past year. I would highly recommend your company to anyone considering a Tiny Home, as my experience has been nothing less than perfect. Thank you once again for all that you do. Warm regards, Tisa Wheeler"

"I ordered my home during the pandemic so of course it took longer to build than otherwise, but the staff held my hand along the way. My home was recently delivered and the professional manner with which it was scheduled and delivered was outstanding. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous and so well made that it withstood a trip across the country with no major issues or structural concerns. The materials used in the home are great quality and its a beautiful addition to my vacation property!"
