"Signed a contract with them in Aug '25. As of today, 5 mos later, nothings been done. Coli has many customers that have paid 100's of 1000's of dollars and been waiting 1 - 2 years with no progress. They've made empty promises to me, they gladly took my deposit and made excuses, after excuses, after excuses WITH VERY LITTLE COMMUNICATION without me initiating, of why my project is at a stand still. Me and dozens of other unhappy customers are waiting for you to do the right thing...return OUR MONEY! You're throwing your money away if you do business with Coli! They should be out of business!"

"EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Terrible communication with clients as they will not pick up return calls. They leave huge details out of contracts and don't go through with everything they say they will do. I spoke to multiple past clients that worked with Coli studio and its a pattern where expectations were set high, but not met, as they lacked execution. The workers don't seem to know what they're doing most of the time as they leave unfinished work throughout builds. Not to mention, the positive reviews under this company come from their employees. Isn't that reliable? STAY AWAY!"

"This company operates in a way that I can only describe as deceptive and unethical. They mislead customers, mishandle funds, and take advantage of both homeowners and their own employees. Customers are promised timelines, pricing, and deliverables that are not honored. Once contracts are signed and money is paid, communication drops off, accountability disappears, and excuses replace actual progress. What starts as a professional pitch quickly turns into delays, shifting stories, and unmet commitments. Whats even more alarming is how they treat their employees and contractors. I personally witnessed workers being underpaid, paid late, or not paid at all, while being pressured to continue working. There appears to be a clear pattern: overpromise, collect money, underdeliver, and deflect blame. The lack of transparency and integrity is deeply concerning for a company handling projects of this size and cost. If you are considering this builder, do not rely on verbal promises, get everything in writing, verify licenses and insurance, and talk to former clients and employees before moving forward. An ADU is a major investment, and trusting the wrong company can cost you tens of thousands of dollars. Proceed with extreme caution."

"This is joke of a company. They do not return your calls they send out inexperienced people to complete the job. Our home has been without a working hot water heater since June. We decided to do it ourself and bill them. This company should NOT have any other rating than a 1. Do not use them!"

"Please note that most positive reviews for this company are from employees. This company is VERY unprofessional, unorganized and horrible at communicating. We paid everything they required for us to pay on October of 2024 and have STILL yet to see any progress. Its always one thing or another. They will have you waiting months and months with the excuse that its the citys approval causing delays. We waited an entire year before they finally came to start the build, but that was only because we had to call and ask for updates every single day. A year of waiting and all they have done is dig up a hole in our backyard and are continuously ignoring our calls when we ask for any updates. Im in disbelief with the unprofessionalism of this company."
