- Chris Fellows, President — With 25 years of construction experience, Chris holds a California Contractor's License for General Building (Class B) and Cabinet and Finish Carpentry (Class C-6). He is also a NARI Certified Remodeling Project Manager (CRPM), LEAD R&R Certified, C2 Asbestos Hazard Safety Certified, and a Winteq certified Window & Door Installer.
- Kevin Mond, Vice President — Kevin leads Business Development and Marketing. He holds a degree in Architecture and Environmental Studies and joined HDR Remodeling in 2012. His background includes architectural studies and project work in Europe.
- Milton Tong, Architect — A California Licensed Architect with over 30 years of experience across residential building types and architectural styles. Milton holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly and a Master of Architecture from UC Berkeley. He is also a Green Point Advisor and LEED Professional.
Design and Production Team
HDR Remodeling's design team brings a range of academic and professional backgrounds to each project. Tamar Nachshon, Design Manager, holds a Master's in Interior Architecture from Cal Poly Pomona and is LEED GA certified. She specializes in balancing aesthetic goals with functional and budgetary considerations across residential and mixed-use projects.
Additional designers on the team include:
- Kendall Chapman — Joined in 2021, with a focus on interiors that reflect individual client lifestyles.
- Joe Cledera — Nearly two decades of experience across residential, retail, and commercial design sectors.
- Rachael Dilbeck — Over 10 years in residential remodeling and new construction, with a Master's in Interior Design from Florence, Italy.
On the production side, Alberto Navarro Ruiz serves as Production Manager, bringing over 10 years of remodeling industry experience and a degree in Construction Management. He has been with HDR since 2015. The project management team includes Colin Eikeland, Julio Perez, and Wilson Ramos, each with substantial hands-on experience in residential construction and high-end remodeling projects.
The build team is supported by experienced lead carpenters, including Erik Gaspar, who specializes in foundation work and electrical carpentry, and Luis Rodriguez, known for his work in high-end interior finishes with over 8 years of experience in the field.
Administrative and financial operations are handled by Erika Lao (HR Office Manager) and Dianah Wong (Accountant), both of whom bring professional credentials and years of relevant experience to their respective roles.
