"No stars would be better. Im sorry but we got ripped off. These homes are NOT built to standard and were no way inspected. Weve uncovered so many issues after only a couple years from structural issues to electrical issues. After only a couple years were having to tear off and replace all siding and trim to fix an excessive amount of rot. its unbelievable how this company has built this thing. The exterior was painted with an interior paint from Lowes which has resulted in leaks and bubbling all over the tiny home. The siding and trim are barely hanging on at all. Three staples per piece and no caulking whatsoever so ever, its a blessing this thing made it down the road without falling apart. Wish I could add some photos to this review. Y'all would be shocked! Be careful what you buy from this company. The homes are super cute and they look so good if you dont know what youre looking at. I could go on for hours but I have a lot of work to do. Thanks a lot California Tiny Homes. 100 one of the worst built tiny homes Ive ever seen."

"I am the owner of The Rustic Tiny. My Tiny house was built at California Tiny House. I actually did not purchase it from them. There was one owner, that had it before me, for about a year. And, I actually bought it from her and her husband. But once I purchased it, she put me in touch with California Tiny house CEObuilder Nick Mosley. Being new to the Tiny House movement, I had many questions. Nick took the time out of his busy schedule, to sit with me and go through all my questions. Recently, I had to move my Tiny house, to a new location, and Nick was available to me 100, when I once again, had questions. My beautiful little tiny house is so magical. The quality and beauty of the work they did, building my home is absolutely priceless! My house is such a show stopper, with its 100 year old barn wood, that people are constantly asking me if they could photograph it and see inside. And I always tell them what an amazing company California Tiny House is! I cant thank Nick and the rest of the Tiny house team enough, for creating my magical little gem. Im already thinking about a second Tiny house .. and I cant wait to collaborate with Nick and the rest of the team, on my next tiny Home!"

"I was able to tour these houses at a recent event in Pleasanton and boy the quality is terrible. They look great in photos but in person, it's shoddy work all over the place. They also used the cheapest off brand appliances and HVAC from Amazon called Seville and mrcool. Everything about what they do is cheap and low quality. I would not recommend these guys as a tiny house builder. I was very disappointed in everything they offered and it was without a doubt California tiny house as their stickers were on their trailers and the California tiny house booth was right next to it."
