"Our project with GLAD Construction is still underway, but the experience so far has been excellent. We began with plans drafted by another architect that included several errors and oversights. GLAD identified every issue, refined the design, and guided the revised plans through county approvals without delay. A real test of their professionalism came when we decided to change the layout just days before the foundation was scheduled to be poured. David and the GLAD team paused the work, updated the drawings, secured new permits, and kept the schedule on track, all so we could be completely comfortable with the design. Communication has been consistent and clear. GLADs staff and subcontractors show up when promised and made sure we always understand the next steps. Their design team has also been a valuable partner, combining our ideas with their vendor recommendations to achieve an interior style that reflects our taste while benefiting from their expertise. We still have a way to go before completion, but GLAD Construction has already demonstrated technical skill, transparency, and a genuine commitment to client satisfaction. Ill update this review when the project wraps up, but so far I couldnt be more pleased."

"As others have stated good value excellent work crews and superior tile man. I verified this service from 3 prior completed jobs and sent them my completed job which even they marveled at the finished product. Now all did not go smoothly and there were cost over runs. David initial bid was for a 2 week project and the incorrectly ordered large window set the project back for completion to 4 weeks. David did have during project two renegotiated added cost. Bottom line i would again use his services. The clean up and set up crew were far superior than Home Depot kitchen remodel crew with Davids crew as expected set up dust barriers and sealed off the work site from the bedroom. You will not be disappointed with this service. But it will require you to order your preference pieces and watch the project and require communications to make each phase of your project to be correct and as per contracted."

"I used Glad construction to remodel my kitchen. The process was seamless and in a few weeks it was complete. When I bought my house, the kitchen was small and dark. I had very little cabinet space and it was not a good gathering area. I enjoy entertaining and feel that the kitchen is the heart of the home. I met with David and several other companies to compare designs and costs over a period of months. After a lot of research, I chose David of Glad Construction mainly because of his responsiveness. Costs were of course a consideration, and Glad Construction was not the least expensive but I felt like I was given a fair price. I appreciated that David sat with me and designed the layout and provided insight and suggestions on what might look the best in my space.
