"Our ADU was delivered in Los Gatos, CA last summer. Wow! Framework First is an incredible PreFab home. It really is a home! I did a lot of research on a number of PreFab options. Some others felt like small, short-term guest houses that you wouldn't want to live in. I also researched a number of contractors to build from scratch. The stick build would have been 400-500k after permits, foundation, building, connections, finish and appliances, etc. We paid 290k for the Framework First One-Bedroom 660 sq ft. Our ADU has a walk in closet, high ceilings, full kitchen with peninsula, built-in book case, large windows and sliding glass door, beautiful lighting both inside and out! All of this was included in the price, as well as taxes, foundation, delivery, all plumbing, electrical and sewer trenching and connections, paint, decking, all appliances, even a micromave and fireplace! It was a fantastic deal but even better was that we paid up front and were never asked to pay anything more. Everyone at Framework First was absolutely great to work with! We absolutely LOVE our ADU!"
