"We worked with AGA Construction to restore and renovate my mothers rental unit so my husband and I could move in. We worked with Lior, and he was simply the best! I was nervous to find a contractor to work with my elderly mother as I currently dont live close, and we couldnt have been happier with our choice! To start with, AGA asked all the necessary questions before our consultation so they could be prepared, which was very nice. When my mother met with Lior the first time he was kind, direct, and provided all the answers we needed. The estimate provided to us was very fair, compared to other estimates we had received. The property is 100 years old and had its fair share of issues, so we were trying to save money wherever we could and Lior was so helpful with all of our concerns. In addition to being very pleased with the estimate, they said they would be done much more quickly than the other contractors we spoke with. The end result surpassed our expectations in every way! Everything came in on time and on budget. It was actually completed nearly a month EARLY and in time for Christmas which was so nice! I am so grateful to AGA and especially Lior for treating my mother and her property with such care and respect. My husband and I are so excited to move into our new home!"

"We started the process of building our detached ADU at the beginning of 2022. We hired an Architect, who drew up a plan to build a 1200 sq ft, 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house. After 14 months of waiting and addressing revisions required by the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety we got our permit in Ready to Issue status. While waiting for city approval, we all started looking for a fair, reliable and honest contractor who would do goodsolid construction. We started the process of interviewing contractors and getting bids for the job. After several meetings and several bids, we met Micky Kanian with AGA Construction. We found Micky on Yelp. One of his references took us thru an ADU that Micky and team built for his elderly mother-in-law to live in. This family could not say enough good things about Micky and team. They took us thru the property and explained their experience in great detail. We saw another beautiful AGA project, a 5k sq ft project that was in progress and really knew that day that wed found our contractor. We werent quite ready to pull the trigger for personal reasons, so we put the project on hold. Meanwhile, we continued to collect a couple of other bids that were already in progress. During this process, AGA kept in touch with us. They checked in every few weeks or so, without being pushy or intrusive. After a delay of about 9 months, we decided to move forward with AGA construction. No one is a tougher critic than me. I was dreading this project because of the amount of stress that I knew wed be under. Both financially and mentally. Weve all heard andor lived thru the horror of a construction project gone wrong. I wont bury the lead any further. We love our ADU!!!!! We started the project on Jan 31st of 2024. We were told that the project would take 6-8 months. We lost the first 6 weeks or so with the heavy rains from last year, but even with that delay, we were mostly done with the project by the middle of August. We ran into the expected unknowns and surprises all dealt with fairly and quickly by Micky and team. I would like to call out Joachin who was amazing. We always felt like we were in the best of qualified hands during this entire process. All inspections were signed off, the last checks were written, and we now have a gorgeous new home behind the main house on that property. We were so happy with the project and trusted Micky and Joachin so much, that we immediately launched a second project of gutting and renovating a very large master bathroom for my In-Laws. That job started on September 23rd and was done the first or second week of November as promised. It wouldve been done sooner, but we had a little client indecision that cost us about a week or two. All in all, I would highly recommend Micky and his crew, and we plan to use them for as long as they are in business or until my family and I run out of projects."

"After meeting with 4 contractors, I decided to hire Jakob with AGA Construction, mainly because we had a great connection and the price was fair. He worked with my HOA to get all the necessary authorizations, and pulled the permits for me. I think I drove him a little crazy because I had a lot of ideas, but he was very patient with me throughout the process, and even gave me great tips. The office staff was really helpful and always answered my questions in a timely manner. The bathrooms came out exceptional and I couldn't be happier!"

"My wife and I decided it was time to expand our home and add a bedroom and bathroom. This is our first time doing such a large project, and after much careful research we narrowed it down to 3 construction companies. The reason we decided to choose AGA Construction was because their price was fair, they were patient and met with us many times and they seemed the most knowledgeable. Simon was our project manager, and he walked us through every step of the way, starting from the plans all the way to picking out the finish materials. He was very patient with us and gave us a lot of insider tips which really helped us out! The office staff is always available to answer your calls and questions promptly. We were always informed of the schedule for the upcoming week, and if there were any changes they made it a point to inform us beforehand. The work itself came out beautiful! The workers did such a great job, you can tell they really knew what they were doing. All inspections were passed with no issues and our house was left clean at the end of each day. To be honest, we were terrified going into this project, because we have friends who did construction on their homes and they shared their horror stories with us, but AGA really made this process smooth, painless and even somewhat enjoyable! We will be recommending them to our friends so they can have the same experience we did."
