"Working with Giani and his crew was fun and professional. I had a small bathroom that I wanted to upgrade, adding tile, swap walk-in shower with a japanese style jacuzzi bath, upgrade all fixtures etc. Due to the size of the bathroom, it was a challenge. Giani worked out the solutions for the space and my project moved forward. There was the need to replace the main pipes and fixtures below gound due to the age of my home. Giani and his crew moved right through those challenges, keeping their work sight isolated from the house and running an organized job sight. They had installed floor to ceiling platic, covered all floors and was very cognitive of the impact of construction on us. Giani was very kind. At each step of the permit process, everything moved forward quickly. He had to remove part of a wall to get the bath in. Again, everything went perfectly. Giani does high quality work. All the seams and corners of the tile, wood contruction, framing, molding, match perfect, are uniform with attention to detail. The bath came out beautiful. I highly recommend Giani and his crew for any of your home projects. Giani will work with you and ensure you recieve just exactly what you want. His recommendations throughout the project were priceless and ensured I received a stunning result. Thank-you Giani. You are the best!"

"Giani Construction did a great job on our kitchen remodel, and if I could give extra stars, I would. Our kitchen was desperately in need of numerous upgrades, but we had a bad experience a number of years ago with another contractor and had a lot of concerns going into this project. As it turned out, we had nothing to worry about. Giani is an excellent, very responsible contractor. I got 4 or 5 price quotes, most of which were similar in price. Giani was competitive with other bids, but what my wife and I both liked is that he is very experienced and does not work for a large home remodeling company. He specializes in kitchens and bathrooms, and the business is his own. Hes the hands-on project manager and does some of the work himself. Giani also has a great crew who worked hard and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day. We had the entire kitchen demolishedcountertops, cabinets, flooring, everything. It was totally gutted right down to the studs. We also took out a wall to make it more open concept. Giani redid the electrical, put in new outlets, recessed lights, and installed a new electrical panel. He subcontracted the electrical work, but Giani oversaw it. Everything, including electrical and plumbing, was included in the contracted priceno surprises! Giani knows every facet of the remodel process. He handled local permits, inspections, and kept us constantly updated on next steps. We had to select the backsplash tile, countertops, and paint, but Giani picked up the tile and countertops he works with a fabricator to cut the countertops. The kitchen was redone from top to bottom. The tiles and countertop ran over budget due to our selection, but Giani let us know ahead of time and we paid the difference to get the materials we wanted. We also added things on as the project progressed. Giani always gave us a very fair price for these extras and had no problem accommodating things we added to the project. One small example: we wanted to move an air conditioning vent about three feet into the kitchen. I called the ac company that had done the installation. They gave me one price, so then I asked Giani how much hed charge. He quoted me 200 lessand he did a beautiful job! He has a real craftsman who does cabinets, and those turned out amazing, too. The bottom line is that Giani is a complete pro. Hes a man of his word who can handle anything in the remodel process, and we are absolutely in love with our new kitchen."
