"Please be careful when using this company. They are not license architects. They may know the city regs and have connections but made many costly mistakes to my drawingprints. Those mistakes cost me thousands of extra dollars. Electric and sewer connections were not listed in the correct areas. One window was 2-3 feet too high. The outside location for the water heater was suppose to be moved to the back of the house before permits were submitted. Now it's an eyesore between the houses where we planned to do landscaping. A nice to look at but very over sized roof costing extra in money and labor to build. Bathroom windows were designed way too big. The contracted time for them to complete the projects was 3 to 4 times longer than what they advertise. Nice guys, just beware if you consider using them."
