"We hired Construction Corps for a full home renovation in the Tampa Bay area, including a large primary bedroom addition and a new master bathroom, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the beginning, their team proved to be reliable and highly organized. The design-build process, including architectural planning, engineering, and permitting, was handled in a very thoughtful and efficient way. They took the time to walk us through the plans, explain layout options, and make sure we fully understood the project before construction began. Throughout the renovation, communication was consistent and professional. We always knew what was happening next, which made a major remodel much easier to manage. "After Hurricanes Helena and Milton, I thought I might have lost the 1938 Beach Cottage I had owned and loved since 1982. She was so badly damaged with water 3 feet high inside the house, rapdily growing mold and endless red tapebureaucracy to overcome with the City, County and FEMA 50 Rule! Matt ThompsonConstruction Corps reached out after seeing my post on Facebook. Construction Corps did the mold remediation and then began the process of restoring the Beach Cottage after waiting 322 days to get permits! Winter assisted with Permits, Jonathan developed the Proposal, Jedi oversaw the Project and so many others assisted in the restoration. All the Construction Corps employees and subcontractors were polite and professional throughout the process. The pictures show damage from 2 hurricanes Helena Milton and after the restoration. While FEMA 50 Rule restricted us in some ways, Construction Corps employees and subcontractors restored much of the look, character and feel of the original 1938 Beach Cottage. Shiplap Walls, 1910 Cast Iron Tub, Archway The quality of work and attention to detail was excellent! Thank You to Construction Corps, ALL their employees and subcontractors for helping me save my sweet little 1938 Beach Cottage!"

"We started out with a general contractor who had us pay upfront to get an architect to design our Florida room and lanai that was damaged by an old roof. After payment was processed and architectural plans were furnished, the first general contractor estimated an exorbitant price for a roof without a remodel. Now we were left with finding an honest general contractor who would work with our existing architectural plans. God led us to Matt and his Construction Corps Company. Matt came out to our house to see the challenge he would have to undertake and even pointed out problems that needed to be addressed, which we didnt even know would be a problem in the future. His estimate was reasonable and fair. He agreed to use our existing architectural plans with modifications and oversaw all aspects of construction. We were always informed of the progress and never had to worry about anything. The crew sealed off our home to the outside, when the walls were demolished, and the dust was minimal. We were able to continue living in our home throughout the process. They were able to accurately bend our old house with the new construction. The crew was always punctual, professional, and friendly. The work site was always organized, secure, and tidy. Matt would be seen checking on the progress throughout the entire project. They were doing such a fantastic job that they agreed to do additional side work. Our home is now beautiful, but most of all hurricane strong. We have now commissioned them to build a shed. We would highly recommend them to everyone for their complicated jobs or their small ones. Construction Corps does a great job and a whole lot more!"
