Construction Corps builds accessory dwelling units the same way we build homes: engineered, permitted, and inspected from footing to final. We are a veteran-owned design-build general contractor based in Clearwater, and ADU projects run through one in-house team covering design development, structural engineering coordination, permitting, and construction. Six licensed contractors work on staff, including a certified general contractor and a registered engineering firm, with licensed electrical and plumbing oversight.
Pinellas County ADUs come with real constraints: zoning and setback rules that vary by city, flood zone elevation requirements, energy code, and utility connections. We plan for those up front so designs align with what cities will actually approve. Detached ADUs in our market typically start around $200,000; garage conversions and attached units can come in lower depending on scope and site conditions.
Field work is performed by our W-2 crews and vetted licensed trade partners. Clients get a detailed written proposal before construction, structured project management during it, and a fully permitted residential structure at the end, not an informal conversion. We serve Clearwater, Dunedin, Largo, Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor, St. Petersburg, and the greater Tampa Bay area.
