2024-11-08"I had the unfortunate mishap of a frozen hose bib that wasn't discovered until this past June...
Once the repair and remediation work was complete it was time for restoration!
Wall repairs, mudding, texture, painting in two rooms. Replaced insulation under the house. Because of the damage to the floors, the whole first and second story needed new flooring because there wasn't an obvious breaking point of materials.
That turned into a blessing! I was able to pick new flooring for both downstairs, stairway and upstairs! Shane, Trevor, and their teams worked meticulously taking out the old, prepping for the new and installing it all! New updated baseboards as well!
I probably took longer to decide what I wanted then they did doing that job!
Since my home was basically undergoing a huge update I asked for a quote on updating my kitchen counters, sink, fixtures, backsplash and lighting....and decided to move forward with it all!
I can't tell you how pleased I am with the total remodel. It's beautiful! My friends and neighbors all can't believe the difference in the updates and materials!
I have worked with SETS in the past when I did a remodel for a client's 'downsized' townhome they had purchased. Their work and the results then were equally as impressive.
