"From start to finish, LiveLarge has been by my side to see the project's completion. I purchased their base 795 model with upgrades in appliances and washer dryer and the results have been phenomenal. Every family and friend have been impressed and I have gotten comps of being able to rent this out for over 4000 a month. Mick provided amazing customer service dedicating hours to making sure we had the perfect layout on our lot. He was on my side the entire time. If there was any delay, he proactively got the ball rolling. His personal touch and frequent check ups always made me feel like I was always top of mind. Gabriel and Phil diligently made sure the project was on time and on or under budget, clearly communicating next steps and accommodating any requests I had. While there were a few hiccups with permitting, we had a clean and smooth process, thanks to the expertise at LiveLarge and their knowledge of Bay Area permitting processes. It's rare that the finished product looks just as good as the renderings, but LiveLarge has done it. The 795 ADU is thoughtfully designed and while small, includes a ton of storage with wall to ceiling cabinets. The ceilings? 9 feet tall. The bedrooms are standard and bathrooms are deliberately designed to maximize convenience and usage of the space. My only issue is I wish I added a closet in the guest bedroom, but nothing like a nice looking dresser can't fix. The on site team that LiveLarge partners with was courteous and well aware of sound laws in my area. Their expertise was second to none and I only realized that when I had other contractors on my property working on various other landscaping projects. The sound proofing and energy efficiency quality of the unit is so good that it met energy efficacy requirements for not needing to install new solar panels for a new build. My unit resides next to an expressway. Once the doors are closed, you can't hear the outsidd noise at all. The prefab model is as good if not exceeds any onsite build I have ever seen. If anything, I recommend just touring their units and seeing for yourself."
